ACT NO. 26 OF 1966
[5th September, 1966.]
An Act to provide for the constitution of a High Court for the Union territory of Delhi, for the
extension of the jurisdiction of that High Court to the Union territory of Himachal Pradesh
and for matters connected therewith.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
