THE RESETTLEMENT OF DISPLACED PERSONS (LAND ACQUISITION) ACT, 1948

An Act to provide for the speedy acquisition of land for the resettlement of displaced persons. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the speedy acquisition of land for the resettlement of displaced persons and for matters incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:
