About the Job
Call for Applications for the post of Associate/Senior Associate- Corporate at Hammurabi & Solomon Partners – Saket, Delhi Office. JD: H&SP is seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate- Corporate with 2-5 yrs PQE.
Eligibility
The ideal candidate should be skilled in drafting, reviewing, researching and negotiating a diverse range of commercial contracts and agreements, including joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, Share Subscription Agreements (SSA) and more.
LL.B. from a recognised university, with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law (additional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) will be an advantage).
Responsibilities
The role also involves overseeing the implementation of the new laws, including but not limited tothe Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and associated rules as they are notified.
Location
Saket, Delhi.
