Whoever prints or engraves any matter resembling, or apparently intended to resemble, any document or electronic record as to which an offense of forgery may be committed, knowing that such matter is intended to be used for committing that offense, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
