Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or Business Administration.
Previous experience in legal or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Availability for US shifts in the EST time zone.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, agreements, and correspondence.
Organize legal files in digital and hard copy formats.
Manage documentation for property development and construction transactions.
Coordinate with legal counsel, contractors, project managers, and stakeholders.
Monitor deadlines and legal timelines, ensuring follow-up on pending items.
Conduct legal research and gather documentation for issue resolution.
Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office.
Coordinate contract workflows and maintain management systems.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the legal team.
