3. Key Responsibilities

Litigation

Represent clients in civil, commercial, or specialized courts.

Attend hearings, present arguments, and coordinate with clients and court officials.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Participate in arbitration and mediation to resolve disputes outside traditional court proceedings.

Draft arbitration notices, agreements, and settlement proposals.

Legal Drafting and Documentation

Draft pleadings, petitions, affidavits, contracts, and other legal documents.

Review and refine legal documents prepared by others.

Legal Research

Conduct detailed research on statutes, case laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.

Summarize findings to support case strategy and decision-making.
