About the Job
Dolce Vita Advisors is looking to hire a Legal Associate to join the team at Dolce Vita Advisors (Gurugram office, Sector 19). The role involves working closely with the partners across a range of practice areas, including:
Eligibility
Law graduates (LL.B.) with 0–2 years of experience in corporate and commercial laws
Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Prior exposure to corporate advisory, M&A, or securities law (through internships or prior roles)
A Company Secretary qualification (or progress towards it) would be an advantage
Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements, and other commercial contracts
Supporting clients on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and fundraising mandates
Advising on corporate, securities, and tax laws
Engaging on capital markets and private investment matters
Assisting on UAE corporate and financial laws
Handling legal work for retainer clients, including compliance, governance, and ongoing advisory services
Research, article writing, and regulatory tracking
