About the Opportunity
DSK Legal is hiring a legal Associate.
Eligibility
Practice Area: Data Privacy, Technology & General Corporate Laws
Post Qualification Experience: 2+ Years
Deep understanding and knowledge of the data protection and privacy laws, software licensing, SaaS and AI offerings.
Experience in contract drafting – technology/software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, service agreements.
Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) (including FDI and ODI regulations), and other allied corporate and commercial laws.
Proficiency in undertaking legal research.
