📌 Role Overview: Legal Associate – A2 and A3, Transactions Team

As a Legal Associate in the Transactions Team at INDUSLAW, you will be involved in high-stakes corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and other complex commercial agreements. Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & Documentation: Prepare and review transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other ancillary documents.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, provide legal advice, and communicate effectively regarding transaction developments.
