Eligibility
Qualification
Bachelor degree in law from a recognised university.
Skills
Basic understanding of intellectual property laws and concepts.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark, patent, and copyright applications.
Conduct research on intellectual property laws, regulations, and case law.
Support senior attorneys in drafting legal documents, such as agreements and licenses.
Review and analyze IP portfolios to identify potential issues and opportunities.
Help in managing and maintaining records of intellectual property assets.
Assist with the preparation of legal opinions and reports.
Participate in meetings with clients and provide support during consultations.
Monitor and report on the status of IP applications and renewals.
