Eligibility
Recent graduate or final year student in Law (LLB).
Strong interest in legal compliance and corporate law.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional language is a plus.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal compliance audits and reviews across India.
Assist in the implementation and testing of legal compliance tools.
Support litigation and contract reviews.
Provide liaison and legal opinion services.
Participate in internal audits and due diligence processes.
