Available Positions
1. Associate (4–6 Years of Experience)
Location: Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal pleadings and representing clients before High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts.
Handling matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Managing client relationships and providing expert legal advice.
Proficient in e-filing procedures at the Delhi High Court and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) / Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
Eligibility:
4 to 6 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
Prior experience with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code matters is mandatory.
Client management experience.
Other: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
2. Junior Associate (1–3 Years of Experience)
Location: Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting senior lawyers in drafting pleadings and legal documents.
Conducting legal research and preparing case materials.
Appearing before courts and tribunals under supervision.
Assisting in client meetings and case preparations.
Eligibility:
1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
Good drafting and research skills.
Eagerness to learn and take responsibility.
Other: Immediate joiners preferred.
