The Prasar Bharati, India’s Public Service Broadcaster, is inviting applications for the posts of Legal Expert and Senior Consultant/Advisor, on a full-time contract basis.
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: 4
Remuneration:
• Legal Expert: Rs. 60,000/- per month
• Sr. Consultant/Advisor: To be fixed in concurrence with OM of Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance dated 09.12.2020
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility:
• Legal Expert: Minimum 10 years of experience of practice in the Supreme Court/High Court/Labour Court/Central Administrative Tribunals/Arbitration. Having good communication skills and good knowledge of Government rules and regulations, service matters, taxation, commercial matters.
• Sr. Consultant/Advisor: A retired person with LL.B. who has held positions not lower than Deputy Secretary in Legal Department of Central/State Govt./Autonomous Bodies/PSUs, and having thorough knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations, service matters, arbitration matters.
Age Limit:
• Legal Expert: Below 45 years
• Sr. Consultant/Advisor: Below 62 years
