The West Bengal National University Of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) is inviting applications for the post of Research Assistant for a research project sponsored by the Department of Commerce, Government of India. The said project targets to analyze the existing trade in services measures at State/local levels of Government in India.
Location: Kolkata
No. of Posts: 5
Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.M. Degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of the local language of any of the five States namely West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, and Sikkim.
• Readiness to travel for fieldwork.
Duties:
• The duties of the Research Assistants will include extensive travel and data collection from one of the five states, namely, West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, and Sikkim.
• Applicants must be conversant in the local language of any of the five States.
• Previous experience of working with the State/local level authorities in the concerned State is desirable.
