Section 411 of the Companies Act, 2013 deals with the composition of the Appellate Tribunal, i.e., the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).

Constitution:
The Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) shall consist of:
A Chairperson, and
Such number of Judicial and Technical Members as the Central Government may deem necessary for efficient discharge of its functions.
Qualifications:
The Chairperson, Judicial Members, and Technical Members must be appointed in accordance with the provisions of Section 412.
Bench Constitution:
The benches of the NCLAT shall consist of at least one Judicial Member and one Technical Member.
The Chairperson may constitute benches for efficient disposal of appeals.

Section 411 ensures that the NCLAT has a properly structured composition of legal and technical experts to hear appeals from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and other related matters.
