Agency 198 – Home Inspector Registration Board was an agency in Arkansas responsible for regulating home inspectors. However, as of April 11, 2023, with the signing of Senate Bill 354 (Act 628), the board was abolished and its functions were transferred to the newly established State Board of Appraisers, Abstracters, and Home Inspectors.
